We know that a properly trained puppy is the best way to ensure a lifelong happy relationship between you and your puppy. When a young dog is properly socialized and introduced to basic obedience training, they grow up to be confident, well-mannered adults.

That’s why our puppies will always come to you ready for family life. We even offer three levels of training courses for those who would like that extra help in basic obedience, socialization, and manners.

First, we have Phase I, which is a three-week course that begins when the puppy is 6 weeks of age to 9 weeks of age. This course focuses on conditioning to common household noises, people, kids, and other animals. In this phase your puppy learns basic verbal commands, like “sit”, “no,” “wait,” using clicker training.

Phase II is a more in-depth course that some families desire, particularly those who do not have time train or socialize a young dog. This is a four week long course with a more profound emphasizes on socialization and verbal/non-verbal commands. This includes building confidence in public settings, such as dog parks, the groomer, pet stores, etc. - ensuring your puppy is confident to tackle various situations. In this phase, your puppy earns their AKC S.T.A.R Puppy certification.

Our Phase III is our most advanced course, taking young puppies from the beginning of training to achieving the AKC Canine Good Citizen Title (a great foundation for service dogs). The AKC Canine Good Citizen is a globally recognized certification, known to produce some of the most well-behaved dogs, including service dogs, therapy dogs and emotional support dogs. More importantly, it is the gold standard for a well-behaved dog.
